Fashion’s color for spring summer 2020: pink for men

Against every gender stereotype, returning to its origin as a unisex color, pink peeped onto the men's runways shows for Spring Summer 2020. Therefore, it's no longer a taboo to wear a candy-colored shirt, a pair of bright trousers or a powder pink suit.
Here designers are rewriting the rules of men's styling, proposing new solutions completely in total pink. And they do so by giving a contemporary and absolutely chic connotation. A man dressed in blue or grey is too obvious, better to focus on an elegant and soft color palette that aims to get out of the stylistic canons.
Balmain and Givenchy point to monochromatic outfits, a uniform fil rose that's articulated from head to toe. The image is that of Jay Gatsby, acted by Leonardo DiCaprio and based on Fitzgerald's book: a suit of exquisite workmanship in a candy pink color that immediately becomes a symbol of the idea of the gentleman (now contemporary).
Loewe has more exotic proposals that substitute red and orange with a vibrant and energetic pink: the fashion house thinks of comfortable blouses and sweaters, perfect for free time. And for those who are not used to big changes, here pink can be introduced in little doses: a shirt, a polo top, a pair of socks or sneakers. But that's just the beginning…
