Available only in Italy and for orders up to € 1.000. This service has a cost of € 8.00 which will automatically be added to the order total. The order must be paid for in cash, directly to the courier making the delivery. The courier is not authorized to give change, so the User must prepare and pay the exact total amount. Confirmation of payment and the relative invoice or receipt will be issued when TheDoubleF receives confirmation of delivery to the recipient from the courier. The amount of any returned goods, net of the cost of the cash on delivery service, which will not be refunded in the event of returns or replacements, will be refunded by transfer to a bank account, having requested the User's IBAN code by e-mail.

Available only in Italy. "If you buy with Scalapay you receive your order and pay in 3 installments. You acknowledge that the installments will be assigned to Incremento SPV S.r.l., related parties and their assignees, and that you authorize such assignment". This payment method is available for amounts up to €1,500. When you make a purchase using this payment option, you consent to the transfer of your personal information from TheDoubleF to Scalapay who will transfer it to Incremento SPV S.r.l. in order to process your payment. Once you have selected the option 'Pay in installments with Scalapay' you will be transferred to Scalapay's website where you will be provided with the subdivision of the payment into three installments without interest and which you can accept to continue by entering some of your personal and banking information that Scalapay will ask you for in order to process the payment of all the installments. Please also keep in mind that the payment of the installments is handled directly by Scalapay, so for any information or inquiries regarding the balance of the installments please contact Scalapay directly.

Available only in Italy. The customer can finalize the order by using wire transfer as an electronic payment method from their bank account. Bank details will be sent in the order confirmation email, so please transfer the total amount immediately after receipt of the email or no later than 24 hours later, indicating in the reason for payment the order number in the email. Any bank and wire transfer fees will be borne by the customer. Upon receipt of the credit, TheDoubleF will confirm the payment and start the shipment. If no credit is received within 2 business days of placing the order, TheDoubleF reserves the right to cancel the order after informing the user. Should the customer deem it appropriate, he/she may send an email to help@thedoublef.com with the bank transfer receipt. In the event that the purchaser has already made the bank transfer but one or more items are no longer available, TheDoubleF will immediately refund the difference by bank transfer and proceed to send the available items. The amount of any returns will be refunded by transfer to the bank account from which the order payment was made, after requesting the IBAN from the user.
The VAT invoice request is an active service for Italy only. The customer must check the appropriate box "Invoice request" at the time of checkout, indicating all the data for proper billing (VAT / Tax Code). If the above details are not indicated, only a receipt will be issued. Requesting a VAT invoice after the payment has been processed will not be possible.
In the event of a return, the amounts credited back will correspond to the price paid by the user (list prices net of any discounts if the order had been placed with the use of promotions, discount codes or in periods of balance), following the procedures reported for each payment method used.
