FF NET s.r.l. (P. IVA: 02485090209) with registered office in Via della Conciliazione 25, 46100 - Mantova (MN), Italy, in the person of the legal representative pro tempore (hereinafter, "FF NET"), as the provider of the e-commerce service referred to in the platform www.thedoublef.com (the "Website") undertakes to make it accessible, in accordance with Legislative Decree No. 82 of 27 May 2022. This accessibility policy applies to the Web Site www.thedoublef.com.
The Web Site is partially compliant with the requirements of EN 301 549 as recalled by the Guidelines on the Accessibility of Information Technology Tools (WCAG 2.1), which in turn are recalled by the aforementioned law because of the cases of non-compliance listed below in the "not accessible for" section:

  1. a. compliance for:
    1. - the presentation of information in an understandable way;
    2. - the presentation of information in a perceptible way;
    3. - make "available electronic information, necessary for the provision of the service, in a consistent and appropriate manner, making sure that it is perceptible, usable, understandable and robust."
    4. - provide identification methods, electronic signatures and payment services that are perceptible, usable, understandable and robust;

  2. b. partial compliance for:
    1. - "information available through more than one sensory channel";
    2. - presence of "fonts of suitable size and shape, taking into account foreseeable conditions of use and using sufficient contrast as well as adjustable spacing between letters, lines and paragraphs";
    3. - "ensure the accessibility of the functionality for identification, security and payment where it is provided as part of the service rather than a product, making it perceivable, usable, understandable and robust"; Reason: the Platform's payment page is readable by a screen reader system except for the product details in the order summary;

  3. c. not accessible for:
    1. - make "information content available in usable text formats for the production of alternative assistive formats usable in different ways by the user and through more than one sensory channel". Reason: not available, e.g., print in braille format;
    2. - supplementation of "any non-textual content with an alternative presentation of that content". Reason: there is no textual description of any symbols present on the site;
    3. - make "websites, including online applications and related mobile device services--including mobile applications--accessible in a consistent and appropriate manner, making sure that they are perceptible, usable, understandable, and robust". Reason: some images do not have text description readable by screen reader software; some pages are not easily navigable by keyboard; some banners are not user-governable;
    4. - not "provide information regarding the accessibility of the products and services sold where such information is provided by the responsible economic operator [i.e., manufacturer, authorized representative, importer, distributor, or service provider]"; Reason: there is no information on the accessibility of products;
    5. - have not "support services (help desks, helpline centers, technical assistance, retransmission services, and training services) that provide information about the accessibility of services and their compatibility with assistive technologies, in accessible ways of communication". Reason: Assistance Chat, does not have an "accessibility" section.
