4.1. The Company processes Users' personal data for the following purposes (hereinafter, "Purpose"):

5.1. FF NET processes Data:

i. for the performance of contracts to which the data subject is party and for the implementation of pre-contractual measures taken at the request of the data subject, as provided for in Article 6(1)(b) of Regulation (EU) 2016/679;
ii. for the fulfillment of a legal obligation to which the Company is subject, pursuant to Article 6, letter c) of the GDPR;
iii. on the basis of its legitimate interest, pursuant to Article 6(f) of the GDPR;
iv. with the User's prior consent, pursuant to Article 6(a) of the GDPR, for marketing profiling and optimization of commercial transactions on the Online Store through the storage of data used to make payments.

6.4. In the event of data transfers outside the European Union, such transfers will be carried out in accordance with adequate levels of personal data protection, in accordance with the applicable provisions on personal data protection, pursuant to Articles 45 and 46 of EU Regulation 679/2016.
6.2. FF NET has adopted technical solutions and security measures that guarantee the security of personal data and prevent its alteration, loss, incorrect processing, or unauthorized access.
6.3. Processing related to the Website's web services may take place on servers belonging to third-party companies that offer hosting services on behalf of the Company, including cloud services.
6.4. In the event of data transfers outside the European Union, such transfers will be carried out in accordance with adequate levels of personal data protection, in accordance with the applicable provisions on personal data protection, pursuant to Articles 45 and 46 of EU Regulation 679/2016.
7.1. The Data collected and stored in the Company's databases will be processed by the Company's employees and/or collaborators (as well as by the employees of the companies that manage all points of sale on behalf of the Company) as persons in charge of processing such data (hereinafter "Data Processors").
7.2. The User's data may also be processed by third-party companies that FF NET uses to perform activities on its behalf (e.g., analyzing data, storing data, sending newsletters or other communications) commercial and non-commercial purposes, provide marketing assistance, perform market analysis, deliver purchased goods, manage the credit card payment platform, and other customer services). Among the third parties that the Company may use, we indicate Google and its "Google Tag Manager" service to manage the monitoring and data collection tags of the Site. 7.4. With regard to the disclosure of personal data, the Data provided by the User or otherwise collected may be disclosed to the following subjects or categories of subjects:
(i) public administrations, for the fulfillment of obligations under the law, regulations, or national or EU legislation;
(ii) parent companies, subsidiaries, or affiliates of the Company;
(iii) other companies or individuals contractually linked to the Company and specifically appointed to process personal data on behalf of the Company.

11.1. Personal data processed in the course of business is retained by FF NET for the period of time necessary to pursue the specific purposes of each processing operation and to ensure compliance with applicable laws.
11.2. Personal data processed for the fulfillment of contractual obligations, including pre-contractual activities, are stored by the Company for 10 years from the execution of the contract or, in the event of failure to conclude the contract, for the time necessary to respond to the User's requests.
11.3. Personal data processed in the context of company accounting management and record keeping are retained for the time necessary to fulfill tax and accounting record retention obligations.
11.4. Personal data processed by the Company for "soft spam" activities will be processed until the User objects to processing, which the User may exercise by sending an email to privacy@thedoublef.com.
11.5. Purchase Data collected by FF NET, with the User's consent, for marketing and profiling purposes may be stored for up to seven (7) years, following a data protection impact assessment conducted by the Company itself and in accordance with the provisions of the Italian Data Protection Authority in similar sectors. Beyond this period, the Company will take steps to obtain new consent and, failing that, the data will be deleted from its database.
11.6. The email address and mobile phone number collected for newsletter subscription or consent to marketing activities via messaging will be retained until the User revokes their consent, to exercise in accordance with point 10.
11.7. With regard to the storage of data collected through cookies placed on the Website, please refer to the section "Cookies installed on the Website" of the extended cookie policy.
11.2. Personal data processed for the fulfillment of contractual obligations, including pre-contractual activities, are stored by the Company for 10 years from the execution of the contract or, in the event of failure to conclude the contract, for the time necessary to respond to the User's requests.
11.3. Personal data processed in the context of company accounting management and record keeping are retained for the time necessary to fulfill tax and accounting record retention obligations.
11.4. Personal data processed by the Company for "soft spam" activities will be processed until the User objects to processing, which the User may exercise by sending an email to privacy@thedoublef.com.

Purchase Data collected by FF NET, with the User's consent, for marketing and profiling purposes may be stored for up to seven (7) years, following a data protection impact assessment conducted by the Company itself and in accordance with the provisions of the Italian Data Protection Authority in similar sectors. Beyond this period, the Company will take steps to obtain new consent and, failing that, the data will be deleted from its database.
11.6. The email address and mobile phone number collected for newsletter subscription or consent to marketing activities via messaging will be retained until the User revokes their consent, to exercise in accordance with point 10.

12.1. The subjects to whom the personal data refer (hereinafter, the "Data Subjects") may at any time exercise the rights provided for by the legislation on the protection of personal data (in accordance with the provisions of Articles 15 to 22 of the GDPR), including the right to:
