A vivid and intense shade reminiscent of wet grass, a fresh and bright note that makes it to the maximum with a shiny finish like silk satin or rayon. But they’re not the only admitted fabrics: men’s fashion steals from the sporty and utility word and so it proposes waterproof material that has the capacity of giving a slight reflective effect on sweatshirts (Valentino) and soft trousers.
There is also green leather, soft and always shiny, which gives a sweet volume to the silhouette: Prada has in fact revisited the classic egg-shaped bomber jacket, proposing an oversized coat with a tonal ribbed knit collar and cuffs.
Last but not least, a styling tip which helps in the choice of the chromatic match: for winter outfits projected to the future, the grass green reaches its best results if combined with black. Not only on runways but also “here and right now”, that two-tone Matrix style is more modern than ever: the only difference is the long black leather replaced now by the casual wear of tracksuits and sweatshirts.
