The Attico Women's collection

The Italian brand was founded in 2016 by the young designers Giorgia Tordini and Gilda Ambrosio, long-time friends and already well-known in Milan's fashion world. The combination of the creative duo's diverse aesthetics brings to life a collection of luxury ready-to-wear items, rich in contrasts and greatly inspired by interior design and vintage furniture. The opulent details and sumptuous fabrics that define The Attico, appeal to a determined contemporary woman who exalts an effortless sensuality that recalls the old-time subdued glamour. Since its launch, the label received high praise from fashion-enthusiasts for its outstanding designs, lavish finishes and decadent approach to femininity.

The Attico woman

The Attico celebrates femininity without resorting to clichés. From its collection of women's designer clothing to accessories such as handbags and shoes, its philosophy sees fashion as a fun and liberating part of life, as well as an extension of the wearer's personality.Italian luxury brand The Attico has achieved sudden success that was unexpected by many, just think of its launch in 2016: co-founders and creative directors Gilda Ambrosio and Giorgia Tordini introduced The Attico via an Instagram post showing just the logo, and within an hour of publication they were inundated with requests from many major fashion retailers. In its first season, the brand launched a capsule collection of just 38 items, including kimono-inspired silk dresses and dressing gowns, before expanding its offerings with many iconic handbags and The Attico shoes.Originally, the brand name was designed to evoke an image of opulent elegance and luxurious evening wear. Then with the arrival of Covid-19 and the ensuing lockdowns, both The Attico and other fashion brands specialising in evening wear had to evolve, and quickly, to survive. Thus, The Attico expanded its ready-to-wear offering by adding luxury accents to everyday looks. And success was not long in coming for the street-style inspired outfits: thus, The Attico's most popular models have been worn by many celebrities, both on the red carpet and in their free time. The t-shirt The Attico oversized asymmetric mint green, for example, can easily be paired with The Attico’s black denim skirt, with lots of pockets, logo embroidery and logo patch on the back for a cool look without the commitment.

The Attico women's clothing

The brand's aesthetic perfectly embraces the current Y2K trend, found, for example, in the grey draped mini-dress, as well as presenting itself as a luxurious alternative to the comfortable casual outfits so popular with those less attentive to trends. It is with this in mind that The Attico jeans baggy brown shaded models have been created, as well as the distinctive Fern cargo trousers, which are lightweight and have become a best-seller for the brand. The brand's TheDoubleF selection also includes many of The Attico's swimming costumes, tops, dresses, jackets and cardigans that complete a wardrobe full of style and character.

The Attico shoes for women

The variety of women's luxury shoes The Attico represents many different personalities and facets of women. Thus The Attico's flats Grid are a versatile option to wear either during the day under flared trousers or in the evening with a dress with a vertiginous slit, while another woman may prefer one of various configurations of The Attico boots, such as the black leather Combat Mini Robin, for morning shopping, and change to the high-leg Sienna model with heels for a disco party.

Women’s The Attico bag

In 2024, during the Milan Fashion Week show in September, the brand's first handbag, La Passeggiata, was presented and is now available in many colours and sizes. The brand's women's designer handbags evoke Italian culture and a taste for Made in Italy, but also a sexy, assertive style, evident in the structured oversize lines and other details: the asymmetrical silhouette of the The Attico bag La Passeggiata is married with materials and details that don't go unnoticed, as seen in the small version in laminated crackled silver leather, with two open compartments, a compartment with a double zip fastening, an embossed lettering logo on the front and silver-tone metal hardware
