FF NET s.r.l. (P. IVA: 02485090209) with registered office in Via della Conciliazione 25, 46100 - Mantova (MN), Italy, in the person of the legal representative pro tempore (hereinafter, "FF NET"), as the provider of the e-commerce service referred to in the platform www.thedoublef.com (the "Website") undertakes to make it accessible, in accordance with Legislative Decree No. 82 of 27 May 2022.
This accessibility policy applies to the Web Site www.thedoublef.com.
The Web Site is partially compliant with the requirements of EN 301 549 as recalled by the Guidelines on the Accessibility of Information Technology Tools (WCAG 2.1), which in turn are recalled by the aforementioned law because of the cases of non-compliance listed below in the "not accessible for" section:
The Service provider has initiated an accessibility plan for the Web Site, aimed at making all content, including currently non-compliant content, fully accessible. Upon completion of the plan, the accessibility disclosure will be updated. The plan includes a structured path to eliminate barriers, adopting solutions, including technological solutions, that comply with regulatory requirements and verifying the effectiveness of the measures. Any progress and substantial changes will be communicated to users.

- - presenting information in a comprehensible manner;
- - presenting information in a perceivable manner;
- - making "the electronic information necessary for the provision of the service available in a consistent and appropriate manner, ensuring that it is perceivable, usable, understandable and robust";
- - providing identification methods, electronic signatures and payment services that are perceivable, operable, understandable and robust;
- - providing "support services (helpdesks, call centres, technical support, relay services and training services) that provide information about the accessibility of services and their compatibility with assistive technologies, in accessible communication formats". The support chat provides information on accessibility and links directly to this Policy and other useful information;
- - make an alternative presentation of non-textual content available: the symbols/icons on the Website (such as the magnifying glass for the "search" function or the shopping bag for the "trolley") feature the corresponding textual description, which is displayed in particular when the page is zoomed in;
- - provide images with a text description readable by screen reader software;
- - make the pages of the Website navigable by keyboard (tab key, arrow keys and enter key);
- - the use of "characters of an appropriate size and shape, taking into account the foreseeable conditions of use and ensuring sufficient contrast as well as adjustable spacing between letters, lines and paragraphs"; Reason: the contrast between text and background and the text enlargement (without loss of content or functionality, both on the web and on mobile devices) are adequate.
- - "provide information regarding the accessibility of the products and services sold where such information is provided by the responsible economic operator [i.e. the manufacturer, authorised representative, importer, distributor or service provider]". Reason: information on product accessibility is provided, and the Chat function also provides this information.

- - "information available through more than one sensory channel";
- - "ensure the accessibility of the functionality for identification, security and payment where it is provided as part of the service rather than a product, making it perceivable, usable, understandable and robust"; Reason: the Platform's payment page is readable by a screen reader system except for the product details in the order summary;

c. not accessible for:
- - make "information content available in usable text formats for the production of alternative assistive formats usable in different ways by the user and through more than one sensory channel". Reason: not available, e.g., print in braille format;
