The brand was founded in 2006 in Italy by Massimo Rossetti in partnership with Ape & Partners Spa. Rossetti is an experienced outerwear designer and importer of American brands for the Italian market. The brand is both an institution of modernity as well as based on heritage, innovation, quality and most of all its customers. Rossetti was inspired to create an extremely innovative outerwear menswear collection when he met the men of the 210th Rescue Squadron, based in Anchorage, Alaska. These men are highly trained for extreme rescues in the wildest and most remote corners of the Globe. And that's where Parajumpers comes in, a brand offering highly technological components, designed above all else to be functional. The jackets are made of hard-wearing nylon and come with a removable down-padded lining and large zippable multi-use pockets. Rather than following seasonal trends, Parajumpers offers classic pieces which provide durability and promise longevity thanks to the brand looking to its roots to find inspiration for new creations.
