C.P. Company for Men
Founded in 1971 by Massimo Osti, "the father of sportswear" was in reality born under the name of Chester Perry, which only later became C.P. Company. The brand was immediately acclaimed for its ability to reinterpret work, military and sports clothing in a non-conformist yet stylish way. Exclusivity and innovation are the foundations of this brand, as can be seen in the brilliant technique for dyeing items; the finished item is garment-dyed for an extraordinary richness in colour. In the 2000s, the company participated in the Urban Protection project, characterised by a series of outfits designed and created for problems linked to city streets. Thus was born the Metropolis Series that went on to include a jacket with incorporated facemask to respond to current needs; for the man who loves up-to-date fashion, C.P. Company will certainly not disappoint and, although the ranges are aimed at men, there is an increasing number of women who love these items, especially the iconic technical jackets.
C.P. Company jackets and coats
C.P. Company coats are the result of precise fabric selections and design. Down jackets and windbreakers feature fabrics like nylon multi-filament, which can create a barrier that is impenetrable to water and wind: perfect both for adventure-lovers and those who love technical sportswear in the city. The shirt jacket is another particular invention by C.P. Company, to be worn as a unique top over a pair of trousers (strictly cargo pants): leaving you protected, comfortable and chic at the same time. The brightly-coloured gilet jackets are also great, comfortable and warm. C.P. Company has recently launched a kids’ range: a series of jackets for fashion-forward youngsters, with identical replicas of the adult models.
C.P. Company military-style combat pants
Large pockets, up to eight in number, comfortable fit but still stylish: these are the C.P. Company combat pants, to wear with wool jumpers in strong colours and windbreakers that only this brand knows how to make. We should not forget summer items like the Bermuda shorts, strictly in tie-dye technical fabric with a faded effect that is on-trend at the moment and revives the psychedelic patterns of the 70s in an updated contemporary version. When you buy a C.P. Company item of clothing, you’re not just buying a windbreaker or jumper; you’re acquiring an item studied down to the smallest detail, the result of almost-obsessive research into fabrics to guarantee that they fulfil their function: to protect, to keep warm, to be comfortable, but always with an eye on stylishness and current fashion.
Bags and accessories by C.P. Company
C.P. Company bags are, of course, practical and functional as only this brand can be: backpacks, rucksacks, belt bags and also bottle bags and multi-pocket man bags. All these items are strictly in Nylon B, with a garment-dyed finish. To recognise a C.P. Company bag, simply take a look at the logo which certainly stands out: all items have a black lens that is also sold as a separate accessory for fans of the brand. Among the available accessories in the collection, we can find scarves and caps in soft merino wool of all possible colours; recently, the brand has also started producing washable and reusable facemasks in J-mesh blend fabric. The gloves are also intriguing, with reinforced fingers and inserts in Chrome, a nylon multifilament fabric that is usually used for army tarps: waterproof and very resistant, it provides protection from water and wind, while retaining warmth.
