The brand wants to create a community-based experience, because an ongoing relationship with the customer is an integral part of Golden Goose creations: the final consumer can make a personal contribution when buying (online or in store), thanks to the artisan artists who make every item in the collection unique and inimitable. The Ballstar model, meanwhile, offers a ‘destroyed’ effect for a vintage grunge style, thanks to graffiti-style lettering on the side of the sole and scuffed dirty white colour. The particularity of Golden Goose is that the colours of the clothes are echoed in the sneakers, for perfectly matched combinations where details are always precise. As well as classic trousers, there’s a whole collection of joggers and jeans, naturally distressed and with a special feature: instead of the brand label we find the brilliant effect of a gap, as if the label had been ripped from the trousers.
