Founded in 1984 by designer Peter Meadows, British brand Hunza made its debut with the creation of the Original Crinkle™: a ruched, stretch fabric that quickly became the signature of its women’s swimwear collections. Hunza rose to icon status in the 1990s, when Julia Roberts wore a now-legendary white and blue cut-off model in Pretty Woman. In 2015, Georgiana Huddart relaunched the brand, adding the initial of her name to create Hunza G. Her goal? To honour the brand’s heritage through an increasingly inclusive and versatile offering, designed to fit everybody and speak to every woman.
