Our mission is to unleash the power of the human soul through movement: the Swiss women’s running shoe brand On was founded in 2010 by former French footballer Olivier Bernard in partnership with Swiss entrepreneurs David Allemand and Caspar Coppetti. The company claims as its strong point a patented cushioning technique, “CloudTec” which characterizes each of its products. In concrete terms, the sole of the On shoes is made up entirely of a series of 'clouds', i.e. perforated elements, that create an extremely light but equally solid and high-performance base, facilitating the start, thanks to a compression principle, softening the stop facilitating, on the same principle, the restart.
