To place an order on TheDoubleF, you can pick one of the following payment methods:

  1. Bank Transfer: the customer may also use bank transfer as an electronic payment method from his own bank account in order to complete the order. The banking coordinates and order number will be sent to the User in the automatic order confirmation e-mail. You are kindly asked to transfer the total amount in Euro immediately after having placed the order, in any case no later than 48 hours thereafter, indicating the order number in the description. The user can also send to [email protected] a copy of the bank transfer receipt. Any bank and bank transfer charges will be for the client’s account. Only after having verified that the amount has been transferred to its own bank account, TheDoubleF will provide confirmation to the Purchaser, indicating that the product/s have been processed for shipment. If the transfer is not received within 5 working days, TheDoubleF reserves the right to cancel the order, notifying the User. If the User has already made the transfer but one or more articles are no longer available, TheDoubleF will refund the difference, again by bank transfer, and will proceed to send the available articles. The amount of any goods returns will be refunded by bank transfer to the User's bank account used for payment, having requested the User’s IBAN code.
  2. Credit Card and Debit Card: TheDoubleF uses ingenico ePayments system for the acceptance of on-line payments, open to all circuits (available on TheDoubleF: Visa Online, MasterCard Online, Visa Debit, MasterCard Debit, Visa Electron, Maestro International, JCB, American Express, Discover, Carte Bancaire), a safe payment system, conforming to the national and international standards in force. At the time of order confirmation on TheDoubleF, the transaction data are transferred via a protected connection to the authorising bodies (banks or companies issuing and/or managing payment cards), to obtain the necessary authorisations. To protect both the User and TheDoubleF, the credit card numbers are not disclosed under any circumstances (the Vendor receives only an authorisation code which cannot be traced back to the card). The system uses all the existing security protocols (3D Secure - Verified by Visa, MasterCard Secure Code and CVV) and, for e-commerce, offers an anti-fraud service to identify fraudulent transactions. Moreover, to ensure greater fraud prevention and management, detailed information on the Card making the payment will be provided (type of Card, geographical area and country). Please enter your card data in the payment area or page. The system checks if the card uses a security programme, 3-D-secure, VERIFIED by VISA or MasterCard SecureCode and requests the related password to proceed. Refunds for any returned goods will be made to the credit card used for payment of the purchase.
  3. PayPal: a complete payment method, accepted in 190 countries, for national and international payments, and uses the existing financial infrastructures of bank accounts and credit cards to create a global payment system that operates in real time. In the purchase process, simply select "PayPal" from among the "Payment methods" and you will automatically be transferred to the PayPal page. If you are already a PayPal client, simply access the page using your own credentials and confirm the payment. If you do not have a PayPal account, you can open one and confirm the payment or alternatively pay using your credit card without creating an account on PayPal. You can pay using this system even if you do not have a PayPal account, but using your card easily and securely. If the goods are returned, the amount will be accredited to the account or card used for payment.
  4. Real-time Bank Transfer:
    1. Giropay is an on-line banking service used in Germany. It is a rapid, safe and simple solution for making payments on the Internet. To make payments, all you need is an account at one of the authorised banks (Sparkasse, Volksbanken Raiffeisenbanken, Postbank, comdirect, BB bank, MLP, PSD bank, Deutsche Kreditbank AG). The money is transferred from the user’s account immediately, on condition that there are enough funds in the account. Transactions may be made exclusively in EUR. Giropay can be used to order on-line bank transfers in total safety. We do not apply commission for payments made using Giropay. Giropay may however apply a commission based on its own rates. The amount of any goods returns will be refunded to the User's bank account, having requested the User’s IBAN code.
    2. SOFORT Banking ( is the international direct bank transfer system, certified by TÜV. It is based on reputable on-line banking systems using PIN/TAN codes, guaranteeing fast, secure on-line purchases. To make payments all you need is an account at one of the authorised banks. The money is transferred from the user’s account immediately, on condition that there are enough funds in the account. Transactions may be made exclusively in EUR. Without a credit card and without having to top up a virtual account, it works using the data of your home banking account, offering high security standards with ciphered data transmission, without saving any of your secret home banking access data. The real-time notification of the transaction means that orders can be confirmed immediately. Payment via SOFORT Banking is already active for major Italian banks (including Unicredit, Intesa, Banca Popolare di Milano, Banco Popolare, BNL-BNP Paribas, BancoPosta, Monte dei Paschi di Siena) and for major banks in the following countries: Germany, Switzerland, Austria, the Netherlands, France, Spain, UK, Poland and Belgium. The amount of any goods returns will be refunded to the User's bank account, having requested the User’s IBAN code.
  5. Cash on Delivery: available only in Italy and for orders up to € 1.000. This service has a cost of €5.00 which will automatically be added to the order total. The order must be paid for in cash, directly to the courier making the delivery. The courier is not authorised to give change, so the User must prepare and pay the exact total amount. Confirmation of payment and the relative invoice or receipt will be issued when TheDoubleF receives confirmation of delivery to the recipient from the courier. The amount of any returned goods, net of the cost of the cash on delivery service, which will not be refunded in the event of returns or replacements, will be refunded by transfer to a bank account, having requested the User’s IBAN code by e-mail.

If an invoice is required, the customer should tick the “Request invoice” box at the checkout, providing all data needed to issue the invoice correctly (VAT Reg. no./Tax ID code/TIN). It will not be possible to request an invoice after the payment has been processed. It is not possible to request an invoice for European Union countries except Italy. Please contact our Customer Care in case of specific question before placing the order.

In case of returns, the accredited amounts will correspond to the price paid by the User (list prices, net of any discounts if the order was placed using any promotions, discount codes or during sales) and will the refunded as indicated above for each type of payment method available.
