Important
The Gift Card is valid for 12 months from the date the invoice and purchase receipt are issued.
The product can be purchased and used exclusively on TheDoubleF’s online store and is valid only for the Italian store and market.
At the time of purchase, the sender can choose to send the gift email to the recipient immediately or schedule it for a specific date.
If the Gift Card is used for an amount less than its value, the remaining balance will not be refunded in cash but can be reused for future orders before the card expires.
If the Gift Card balance does not fully cover the order total, the difference can be paid using other payment methods accepted by TheDoubleF.
The Gift Card cannot be used to purchase additional Gift Cards.
The Gift Card can be used in combination with other active offers (sales, promo codes, free shipping, etc.), and multiple Gift Cards can be used in the same order. It is also possible to purchase multiple Gift Cards in a single transaction.
There are no shipping fees for the Gift Card.
If an order paid for (in full or in part) with a Gift Card is returned, the amount deducted will be credited directly back to the Gift Card. Refunds to other payment methods are not available. Purchased Gift Cards cannot be returned or converted to cash.
You cannot purchase a Gift Card using payment methods such as bank transfer or cash on delivery or Edenred.
